Tyree & D’Angelo Partners is a Chicago-based private equity investment firm that makes control ownership investments in, and partners with, lower middle market businesses with the goal of creating meaningful value for all involved. They have invested in and managed companies ranging from $5 million to $20 billion of annual revenues. TDP pursues control investments of companies that generate less than $50 million of annual revenues and $1-$5 million of EBITDA (positive cash flow).
